Help I have a friend who is a gym goer Im not sure of his quantity or how long he has been taking steroids, but stopped recently because he had really bad neck pain. No dr or scan, ultrasound etc showed anything. Put on huge pain killer amounts didnt help alot but felt after about six weeks some relief. Until today when he thinks a prior knee issue has flared up. If this a result of steroid abuse how long before it heals? Im pretty sure he wont touch them again. He can handle all over aches and pains but these last two injuries have had him off work.

Finally, specific advice. If you are looking to juice for the first time, don’t get too complicated! I hear of people going out the first time and running 5 different drugs.. That’s crazy; there’s simply no need to do that, you can only grow so fast and there’s not much gained (except risk) by going poly drug. A great 8-12 week cycle for most men is 500mgs/wk of testosterone and .5 to 1mg 3X a week of Arimidex (depending on how you feel). That’s it. No need to over complicate things! Also, you need to get over any fear of needles. Oral steroids are ALL DANGEROUS because they need to go through your liver, and, because of that, they all stress your body a lot more than injections. It’s not that bad, I’ve been doing it 2X a week for years, you get used to it. Not the highlight of my day, but no worse than a lot of other things! If you just want to be sterile, 250mgs/wk of testosterone with .5 Arimidex 3X a week will do it for most men. That’s a high TRT dose, and will make most steroid newbies grow pretty well; but it’s low enough that most people can stay on it indefinitely. Oh, and, one other thing.. Get some Rogaine. 😉 That’s a real negative side effect of steroids, if you’re predisposed to male pattern baldness, steroids WILL accelerate the hair loss. Rogaine (or Propecia, if you can stand the sides) helps immensely.

Anabolic steroids differ in their characteristics, which means there are steroids that are only suitable for specific uses. For instance, Trenbolone is not recommended for bulking but it is an outstanding fat burner. This makes it perfect for a lean mass cycle or a cutting cycle. Always take the side effects of a particular compound into consideration whenever you plan a stack. Do not combine anabolic steroids that show similar side effects. For example, never combine Anapolon and Dianabol because they are already quite toxic and if you combine them, the toxicity will increase exponentially and cause serious damage to your body.

It gets me to the point where I want to take steroids just so that I can say “Now this is me on steroids fckers!”. Lol. But nah I get a lot of acne outbreaks naturally and I have had many stretch marks as well as abnormally fast muscle gains. I’m a very lean person and when I stop working out I’m capable of drastically going from jacked to skinny as heck. When I start back up again I blow up quick. Another thing I’ve noticed is my pumps are naturally a lot more intense then the average lifter. Like my shoulders blow up like bowling balls and veins and shreds show up all over them along with my arm’s and chest. I’ve had a tone of people accuse me of taking steroids because of these factors. I also had a relative hug me once and say I was jacked and as solid as steal. He said only steroids do that. (He took steroids in the past) But it is to my understanding that muscle is solid… or at least a lot more solid than fat. At the time I was taking creatine and l-arginine with citrilline malate (which is a precursor to arginine) and a lot of BCAA’s.

Getting leaner is all about diet. As saying goes, you can't outrun a poor diet. Calorie deficit is necessary, but don't over do it as it gets very difficult to gain muscle with a calorie deficit. I suggest you reduce calories by cutting any high glycemic carbs. Also, I suggest keeping fat intake fairly high with natural fats and not avoiding saturated fats or cholesterol. A low calorie and low fat diet is a sure way to lower testosterone. Note that you do not need nearly so much protein as is commonly advised (generally by those who happen to sell protein supplements).

Not to kiss anymore ass than i have to, but it pays to be humble and understand that in the fitness world, there is always someone who knows more than you and can teach you a thing or two if you aren’t so caught up in your own that you can listen. But, in all reality, with the explanations of how each muscle group works and the best exercises to make them grow, you are the reason i row, squat, deadlift, pull-up. because honestly….all we are taught growing up is that all you need to be big and strong is to bench press and do dumbbell curls(shivers).
